Guests can acknowledge the cancellation policy before booking.

This stores signed acceptance in the salon database while keeping payment details inside Square.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, I kindly request at least 48 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations, rescheduling, or no call/no show appointments without prior communication and with less than 48 hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This policy ensures I can accommodate other clients and respect everyone's time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and support!
